The streets are covered in snow, everywhere are ponies smiling and trotting around. One mare is at a store buying gifts for her family. Amethyst trots out of the store, back to her house to wrap them all up.

"Finally bought all the presents. I hope they like them!" She said, trotting to her house. She opens up her door and starts wrapping them up. After that she puts them under the Christmas tree.

"There, all done!" She said, smiling. Now it's waiting for the family to come over. She sat down on her couch and waited for her sisters to come over. She sat there for a few moments when she heard a knock on the door. She got up and answered the door. A quartz looking unicorn stood there.

"Hiya sis!" Quartz said.
"Hey Quartz!" Amethyst said, allowing her to get in. Quartz got in the house and sat down on the couch, noticing all the presents.

"That must've cost a bunch." She said, looking at Amethyst.
"That's correct. I looked all over Gemtopia for them. I hope you like them when we're gonna open them." Amethyst said, smiling. They both sat there on the couch, talking about their lives and jobs when Amethyst heard the door again. She got up and opened it. In the opening stood a blue pegasus who looked very shy.

"H-hello..." Kyanite said.
"Hey Kyanite, come in." Amethyst told her. Kyanite slowly walked inside and sat on a chair.
"Hey Kyanite!" Quartz said.
"H-hi Quartz..." Kyanite said, shying away a little.
"Kya, you're in my house now, you are safe." Amethyst said to Kyanite, trying to make her feel better.
"Okay..." Kyanite said, less shy than before. She saw all the presents and smiled.
"We're gonna open them whenever the whole family's here, right?" She said.
"Yep!" Quartz and Amethyst said. The three of them sat there when they heard more knocking.

Amethyst opened up the door. In the opening stood an orange stallion, a yellow mare and a green mare.
"Hiya everypony!" Amethyst said.
"Hey sis!" Jade, Citrine and Phoenix said. They all walked inside and greeted the rest.
"Well, we're only a few members away from opening presents." Amethyst told them. They heard more knocking and Amethyst opened up the door. In the opening was a brown mare and an aqua colored mare.

"Hey sis!" Topaz and Apatite said.
"Hey! Come in." Amethyst said, letting them in. Her house was getting crowded, but she doesn't mind.
"Only one more to go!" Amethyst said, standing at the door, waiting for the knocks. She stood there for an hour or two, but then they finally heard the knocking. Amethyst opened up and in the opening stood a sapphire blue alicorn with armor on.

"Hello Amethyst!" Sapphire said.
"DAD!" Amethyst said, hugging him. Sapphire smiled and hugged back.
"Do come in!" Amethyst said, allowing Sapphire to walk in.
"Hello family!"
"DADDY!" The rest of the family shouted, all hugging him.
"Hehe, I missed you too." Sapphire said, hugging them all back. Amethyst gathered them around the Christmas tree.

"It's time to open up the presents!" She said, giving all the presents to their belonging owner.

Sapphire opened up his present and he put his new armor helmet on.
Quartz opened up her present and blushed a little. "Uhh... Ameth... Thanks!" She said, putting a panty on.
Jade opened up hers and smiled. "A ticket to Power Pistons. Thanks Amethyst!" She said.
"No problem Jade." Amethyst said, opening up her present Sapphire bought for her. "Dad, thanks!" She said, putting the picture of her family on the dresser.
"No problem honey." He said.
Phoenix opened up his present and saw that he got a condom and blushed.
Amethyst smiled and said: "You like it Phoe?"
Phoenix nodded a little, still blushing like crazy.
Citrine opened up her present and smiled. "Thanks sis!" She said, putting her wing warmers on.
"No problem, I know how much you like flying!" Amethyst said.
Kyanite opened her present and smiled. "T-thanks..."
"No problem Kya." Amethyst said. Kyanite put on her scarf.
Topaz opened up hers, smiling. "Thanks sis." She placed her ear warmers in her saddlebag.
Apatite opened hers, getting a snow plow out. "Thanks sis... My path has been snowed under for a long time!" She said.
"I know sis, I saw it." She said.

With that, all the Eruptions smiled and talked. They all spent Christmas together and enjoyed each others company.

"Too bad mom's not here anymore..." Amethyst said.
"Yeah..." Her sisters and brother said.
"Hey kids, cheer up. At least I'm here!" Sapphire said, comforting his kids.
They all smiled and hugged him.
